1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Chiseled AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Chiseled AI is a face leanness tracking application that uses AI-powered photo analysis to provide users with facial leanness scoring, habit tracking, food analysis, and personalized recommendations. The App is intended for general wellness and self-improvement purposes only.

3. Not Medical Advice

Chiseled AI does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content, scores, and recommendations are for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions related to your health, diet, or body.

4. Subscriptions

Chiseled AI offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Yearly subscription: $34.99 per year
• Weekly subscription: $3.99 per week

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time within the App's account settings.

6. User Content

By uploading photos to the App, you grant Chiseled AI a limited license to process those images for the purpose of providing facial analysis and tracking features. You retain ownership of your content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with its normal operation.
